This ultra-private community consists of 82 private homes built around a Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course. Originally built by the Ritz-Carlton Development Corporation from 2002 through 2006, the homes have been maintained by caring homeowners supported by a private TEAM of Residential Coordinators and Engineers who work exclusively for the Property Owners’ Association, known as Eagle Tree Property Owners’ Association.
